Returns & Exchanges

Important: Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service to request a return authorization.
  2. Securely package the item in its original, unopened packaging.
  3. Include the original invoice inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to our designated returns center.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Exchange Process

  1. Follow the same initial steps as the return process.
  2. Clearly specify the item you wish to receive in exchange.
  3. We will ship your new item as soon as we receive the original.
